Complete the middle layer
Find an upper-layer edge with no yellow sticker. Match its front-facing color with the front center. If its upper color belongs on the right face, use U R U' R' U' F' U F. If it belongs on the left, use U' L' U L U F U' F'.
Recheck the grip before each sequence. If all non-yellow edges are trapped in the middle incorrectly, insert a top edge into one incorrect slot to eject the needed edge, then solve it normally. Preserve the completed white layer.
Worked example
A front-green / upper-red edge lined up over the green center belongs in the front-right slot when red is right.
Try it yourself
Solve the four middle edges and check that the lower two rows match on every side.
Interactive 3×3 cube practice
Yellow up, white down, green front, red right. Turns use that fixed grip; changing the view changes the camera only.
Supported moves: U D R L F B, optionally followed by ' or 2. No whole-cube, slice or wide moves.
Solved practice cube. This simulator demonstrates moves; it does not solve an arbitrary physical cube.
