Learn. Practise. Build real understanding.
School subjects, languages, puzzles and practical skills—with worked examples, explanations and guided practice.
Space and mix your practice
Study a skill in several short sessions spread across days. Begin the next session by attempting a problem before looking at your notes. Return sooner to material you cannot recall; gradually increase the interval for material you can use reliably.
Once individual skills make sense, mix related problems so you must choose a method. Do not mix many unfamiliar tasks before learning their foundations. A schedule is a starting point, not a guarantee of retention.
Worked example
Try a new skill today, review tomorrow, revisit in three days, and check it next week. Adjust this plan based on your performance.
Try it yourself
Choose one topic and write a four-session review plan with a clear question for each session.
Check your understanding
What should decide whether a skill needs more practice?
Performance on a new example is stronger evidence than time spent viewing material.
