Questions and help
English questions often use a helper such as do or can. Can you help me? is a useful polite request. I do not understand describes your difficulty; Please speak slowly gives the other person a way to help. Practise complete phrases, not only isolated words.
Practise both directions: recognize the target phrase, then produce it from its meaning. Repeat after available audio, cover the text, and try again. Audio availability depends on your browser’s installed voices; this tool does not grade pronunciation.
