Write a useful paragraph
Choose one clear point. State it, develop it with an example or reason, and connect it to the purpose of your writing. Avoid placing unrelated ideas in the same paragraph.
Revise for the reader: replace vague words, remove repetition, and clarify who does what. Then proofread punctuation and spelling. Revising ideas and correcting spelling are different tasks.
Worked example
Vague: it is bad. Clear: the loose shelf tilts when weight is placed on its left side.
Try it yourself
Write a paragraph describing a repair symptom without guessing its cause.
